What is Laminate Flooring?
Laminate flooring is produced by bonding decorative papers onto HDF of 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12 mm thickness, which is more suitable for flooring. Bonding is carried out using heat and pressure. The boards produced in large sheets are cut to the desired dimensions, the joints are opened according to the joint detail and packaged for use. The surfaces of these parquets do not require any process such as leveling or polishing. Laminates are the most widely used decorative floor covering today due to their affordable prices and easy and fast application.
BASIC STRUCTURE OF LAMINATE FLOORS
OVERLAY: Alpha cellulose based; It is a film paper layer impregnated with aluminum oxide particles and melamine resin. Thanks to the aluminum oxide particles, the parquet surface gains resistance to abrasion, scratching and heat. Thanks to the melamine resin, these particles adhere to the film layer. In addition; thanks to the melamine resin that melts and hardens completely during pressing, it reduces the adhesion of dirt and stains on the surfaces, helps easy cleaning and provides hygiene.
PATTERN PAPER: It is obtained by scanning one-to-one photographs of tree, marble or stone sections with advanced technological methods and printing them on special papers. Then, it is impregnated with melamine resin. They are moisture-resistant papers with various weights.
HDF: It is a high density, carcinogenic free (E1 and E0 standards) moisture resistant fiberboard.
BALANCE SHEET: It is produced from papers obtained from highly stabilized tree fibers, especially eucalyptus. It is the lower film (dark colored) layer that provides the stabilization of parquet boards that are resistant to moisture and impregnated with melamine resin.

What is Skirting?
In architecture, a skirting is usually a wood or vinyl sheet that covers the lowest part of an interior wall. Its purpose is to cover the joint between the wall surface and the floor. It covers the uneven edge of flooring next to the wall; it protects the wall from kicks, abrasions, and furniture; and it can serve as decorative molding.
The reason for using skirting boards is to eliminate the bad appearance of the corner ends. In addition to this, skirting boards are an indispensable part of every house, protecting the wall and creating a protective shield against scratches.

What is Kapron?
Kapron is a product that provides sound insulation in places where sound insulation is required. Kapron reduces the disturbing sound that occurs when walking on laminate flooring by 50%. Kapron provides heat insulation in laminate flooring applications.
Laminate flooring resists the coldness of the concrete being laid on, preventing it from passing through to the laminate flooring product. It provides positive benefits to heat insulation on floors that are not occupied and have an empty base. Due to its structure, the Kapron product is not damaged or affected by water. Kapron, in laminate flooring decoration, does not allow moisture and humidity to pass to the upper side. It protects the laminate flooring product from the moisture and humidity of the concrete.

What is a Mattress?
Under parquet mat is an insulation material that is laid under the flooring and used to fill the gaps between the parquet and the floor, ensuring the longevity of the parquet. The reason for laying under the parquet is to provide the connection between the parquet and the floor.
Functions of the Mattress
The main functions of the underlayment that provides the connection between the parquet and the floor are as follows.
-
Ensuring Suitability for Installation
Protection of Parquet
Improving the Properties of Parquet
Protecting Parquet Against Moisture and Dampness
Increasing the Efficiency of Thermal Insulation
